By default, when your customers order online, you (the admin) have to logon to your Lightspeed eCom admin page and check for new orders by refreshing the "Orders" page. If a new order has been placed, you have to click on it, then click on the invoice to generate a PDF that you can then print on an 8.5x11 sheet of paper using a printer in your store or office.
